What data is processed
This website has no forms or user registration and uses no cookies with visitors. The only data processed is:
- Emails you send to ola.hola@xeskie.com: your address, your name if you include it and the content of your message. They are used only to reply to you.
- Technical access data: as with any website, the hosting provider’s server logs the IP address, date and browser of each visit for security reasons.
Legal basis and retention
Emails are processed with your consent when you write and in order to deal with your enquiry; they are kept for as long as needed to reply and, if they lead to a collaboration, for as long as it lasts. Technical data is processed on the basis of a legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
Who has access
No data is shared with third parties unless required by law. The hosting and email provider (Hostinger) processes data only to provide its service.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to ola.hola@xeskie.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
